On Father's Day of 1926, a female evangelist named Willie Laurel Olive held a tent meeting on Church Street in Concord, NC. As word got out and testimonies were told, the crowds grew, and many people were saved, filled with the Holy Spirit, and transformed by Jesus Christ.

For nearly 100 years, New Hope Worship Center has been a beacon of light, a pillar of faith, and an anchor of hope. Thousands of people have come to New Hope to pursue Jesus, be empowered by the Holy Spirit, and transform the world. From this church, hundreds of pastors, missionaries, and ministers have been trained and sent on prophetic assignment. For generations, we have reached out to our community with compassionate, Spirit-led, and practical ministry; and we continue to have a far-reaching impact around the world through our ongoing missions efforts.

Join us this Father's Day, June 21, as we celebrate our centennial! We will worship together under a big tent, remembering our heritage and anticipating that which is ahead! Afterward, we will enjoy lunch and activities on the grounds with lots of people whose lives have been impacted by the ministry of New Hope Worship Center. Register today!
